Data controller
The operator of q.lac.md is the data controller for personal data processed through this site.
Categories of personal data
- Identity & contact (from Google OAuth).
- User-generated content (quizzes, answers).
- Technical logs (security, debugging).
Recipients
Data is hosted on our infrastructure. Google processes authentication. We do not sell personal data.
International transfers
If data is processed outside the EEA, we rely on appropriate safeguards (e.g. Standard Contractual Clauses) where required.
Automated decisions
We do not use automated decision-making that produces legal effects.
Complaints
You may lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority if you believe processing violates GDPR.
