1. Acceptance

By using q.lac.md you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

We may update these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

2. The service

q.lac.md lets you create, import, share and study quizzes. Content you upload remains your responsibility.

3. Accounts

You sign in with Google OAuth. Keep your account secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.

4. User content

You retain rights to quizzes you create. You grant us a licence to host, display and process your content solely to operate the service.

Do not upload unlawful, infringing or harmful content. We may remove content that violates these Terms.

5. Imports

Importing from third-party sites (e.g. GoConqr) is for personal study. Ensure you have the right to copy and use imported material.

q.lac.md is not affiliated with GoConqr or ExamTime Ltd.

6. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
